This is often an area many web developers overlook. The content (text/message) of your site must be clear and concise. If the content is poor; the investment made in professional art work, audio, video, and layout won’t matter.

• How good is the content?
• Is the content practical?
• Should we add audio, flash, video?
• Does the content conform to your objectives and target audience?

Design and Layout:
The layout and navigation of any site is crucial. You must have a navigational system that is intuitive. Some of the most common pitfalls are the following:

• Users getting lost.
• Difficult to make a purchase.
